Click Episodes in the left menu, then click an episode’s title, or the pencil icon beside it, to open it.

Edit an episode

Change anything you like: the title, show notes, artwork or even the audio. Then click Update in the Status panel. Podcast apps pick up the change the next time they check your feed.

Unpublish an episode

Click Unpublish in the Status panel. The episode becomes a draft again and disappears from all your feeds. Anyone who already downloaded it keeps their copy.

To put it back, choose Publish immediately or Schedule publish date and click Publish.

Take an episode off one channel

To remove an episode from one channel and leave it on the others, untick that channel in the Status panel and click Update. It comes out of that channel’s feed, and anyone who already downloaded it keeps their copy. See Choose which channels get an episode.

Delete an episode

You can delete a draft. To delete a published or scheduled episode, unpublish it first.

  1. Open the episode and click Unpublish, if it’s published or scheduled.
  2. Click Delete Episode below the buttons in the Status panel, and confirm.
